Cancellation and Refund

• You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund if your order has not been shipped.

• Incorrectly supplied order for a refund or exchange, you must inform us within 7 days of receipt order.

• Return the relevant product as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied, with the original copy of the receipt.

Credit/Debit card Payment:

• Note that your bank or card issuer can take 3-7 additional business days to process the transaction.

Payment Refund Method:

• In case the refund is approved by the Management then the money will be refunded via bank transfer.

• Shipping charges involved which max of AED 150, charges are only for heavy-duty items.
