CANCELLATION AND REFUND

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped. Please note that a small percentage of orders cannot be stopped from shipping out of our warehouse even though they may not have physically left the premises. In these rare instances, the customer will be responsible for whatever shipping charges are incurred.

• All products to be exchanged must be returned in their original packaging along with the sales receipt within 7 days from the date of purchase (The product should be in its original condition).

• If you do not have your purchase receipt, we will not be guaranteed the return.

• Before validating the return, product should be in original condition otherwise repairs of the products damaged due to misuse not related to the manufacturing defect, return will be void.

• You can return items that were originally part of the promotion but you will lose the promotional discount. E.g., If the item(s) you are returning is part of a “50% off” deal, your refund will be adjusted to the original price.

• Products purchased outside of stores at exhibitions and sale events will neither be exchanged nor refunded.

• Please note that we may not be able to exchange your product with the exact item(s) you purchased with us. Some of our products are exclusive to our online store or are available for a limited time only.

• If you wish to return your faulty or incorrectly supplied order for a refund or to exchange certain Products, you must inform us within 7 days of receipt of your order, and return the relevant products in-store as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied, in their original packaging with a copy of the relevant receipt and a valid ID.

• If you have received an item(s) that is defective (e.g. delivered with ripped or missing parts, or other damage) it may be returned for a replacement or full credit upon approval.

• Credit/Debit card Payment: Note that your bank or card issuer can take 3-7 additional business days to process the transaction.

• Payment Refund Method:- Please note in case of refund/return is approved by the Management then the money will be refunded by bank transfer under the name of the buyer and the buyer needs to provide bank information.

• We provide shipping by our vehicle.

• For Certain items there may be shipping charges involved which max of AED 150. Shipping charges are only for heavy-duty items.

• Collection from our store is free of cost
