All regularly stocked items, with the exception of chemicals, disposables and consumable products, can be returned absolutely free within 7 days of receipt, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging.

If you paid:

1. By Credit / Debit card, we will process the refund by crediting within 7-14 working days, to the same credit/debit card used during the order process
2. Cash on delivery, our Customer Service will do a bank wire transfer to the person who placed the order within 7-14 working days
3. Bank Wire, our Customer Service will do a bank wire transfer to the person who placed the order within 7-14 working days
